Auction Report (Walking the Floor and Booth #514):  We will be on hand to say hello to readers and reporting news from the convention floor throughout the entire week of the National Sports Collectors Convention.   Enjoy the convention and stop by all of the companies featured on Auction Report while you are there!

Bagger’s Auctions (Booth #961-1060): Stop by our booth as we are accepting consignments and buying items for our next auction!

BST Auctions (Booth #412-414):  Come see BST Auctions at the National Convention! We have two booths, numbers 412 & 414. We’ll be taking consignments for our upcoming Fall Auction. Cash advances are available, and we require no sellers fees.s.

Classic Auctions (“Attending” – walking the convention floor):  We will be buying and taking consignments vintage sports cards and memorabilia too – specializing in hockey memorabilia and cards.

Clean Sweep Auctions (Booth #903-1002):   We will have our largest selection ever of vintage cards at the National Convention in Chicago. Our booth numbers are 903-1002, we are one row back from the front door in the first row to the left. Autographed Perez Steeles, Yellow HOF Plaques and other signed items will be available as well.  We will be very actively accepting consignments and buying items outright at the show. Collect Auctions (Booth #1112): Collect Auctions will be previewing key items in our upcoming auctions, as all as taking consignments for our next 2017 auction. In addition, we will have some items for direct sale from our web store, eBay store and Amazon store.

Fanatics Auctions (Booth #664): Fanatics Auctions will be previewing key items in our upcoming auctions, as all as taking consignments for our next 2017 auction. In addition, we will have some items for direct sale.

Goldin Auctions (Booth #1009-1011-1108-1110):  Goldin Auctions Offering One-Time Consignment Deals during The National Sports Convention. We will aggressively beat any consignment offer! Goodwin & Co (Booth #1116): Goodwin & Company is accepting consignments for all of our 2017 auctions. We are seeking vintage cards and memorabilia from all sports and will also buy items for outright purchase.

Heritage Auctions (Booth #824): Heritage Auctions will be at The National Sports Collectors Convention on July 26-30. Huggins & Scott (Booth #1004-1006): We will have an incredible array of high end pieces from our “Event of the Year” – our July 21st – August 3rd Auction. We will have computers on hand to take bids on items that you can view first hand, or any lot in the auction.

Just Collect, Inc. (Booth #512): Just collect is always buying vintage card collections  and autographs of all sports. We are the nation’s largest buyer of vintage baseball cards.  We also buy and sell football, basketball, hockey and non-sports cards.  See a great selection of vintage cards for sale as well.

Kevin Savage Cards (Booth #920-922): Kevin Savage Cards will be buying and selling vintage sportscards and memorabilia. Company President Kevin Savage will be there everyday, along with VP’s Pat Blandford and Lonn Passon. We will be focusing on purchasing Vintage complete sets, singles, non-sports collections.

Lelands (Booth #1001):   Lelands will be following up their world famous sale of Charlie Sheen’s two priceless Babe Ruth pieces for a record smashing $4.5 million: the 1919 “Curse of the Bambino” Signed Contract and Ruth’s 1927 NY Yankees World Series Ring. Their upcoming world class “Masters” auction will be deadlining at the National Sports Collectors Convention. They will be accepting consignments and giving large cash advances, giving free appraisals and will also be buying outright. Stop by and say hello to Lelands legendary principals Josh Evans & Mike Heffner.

Love of the Game (Booth #917-919): Love of the Game will be displaying material from our current Premiere Auction, at the National Sports Collector’s Convention. The company will also be accepting consignments for future auctions.

Memory Lane Inc. (Booth #1005-1007-1104-1106): Memory Lane will have a great display of rare Babe Ruth Memorabilia and Rare Graded Cards at the National for collectors to see.  Also, they will be accepting consignments, buying, and showing items from there next auction.

Mile High Card Co. (Booth #1136-1138): We are seeking consignments of exceptionally high grade PSA & SGC cards, pre-war rarities, PSA & SGC Completely Graded Sets, 19th Century cards, Game-used jerseys and bats as well as vintage Type I Photographs and high end autographed items.

Paragon Auctions (“Attending” – walking the convention floor):  We will be on hand for private appointments to buy and take consignments for our upcoming 2017 auctions.  Please call or e-mail us to set up an appointment during the convention.

Pristine Auction (Booth #674):   Along with FREE Special Edition T-shirts, Pristine Auction will be running several promotions while giving away lots of autographed memorabilia. There will be multiple drawings every day, so please see them at booth #674 for details.  Also, following the success of last years consignment drop off, they have provided (2) 16′ PODS reserved for taking in consignments. This is a lot of space, but it is limited and will fill up. Again, see them at booth #674 for more details and to drop off your consignments.

PWCC Auctions (Booth #317-319-416-418): We will be accepting consignments at the show for our upcoming auctions of 2017. We hope to see everyone there!

Robert Edward Auctions (Booth #456-458): We will be accepting consignments for our blockbuster October auction (deadline August 1) and offering special incentives on high-value items consigned at the show. We will also be displaying hundreds of highlights from the October auction, many of which are entirely new to the hobby. Sirius Sports Cards (Booth #): We are accepting consignments for all our 2017 Auctions.  We are seeking vintage cards and memorabilia from all sports.  We also buy items for outright purchase.  Call or e-mail us to make an appointment.

Small Traditions (“Attending” – walking the convention floor):  Dave Thorn of Small Traditions will be accepting consignments at the show for our upcoming auctions of 2017.  Call or e-mail us to make an appointment.

Steiner Sports (Booth #682): The Mid-Summer Classic proudly stands as the biggest auction in Steiner Auctions history!  The auction is highlighted by a fresh to the hobby Mickey Mantle Game Used and signed 1957 All Star bat just graded a PSA 9 by PSA/DNA. The bats outstanding use indicates it is clear that the bat was used by Mantle during the second half of his second MVP season.  Also offered in this auction are over 1,500 lots which include multiple Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Ty Cobb, Cy Young, Honus Wagner, Thurman Munson and other signed High Grade baseball’s, Bats, Gloves and everything you could imagine. The Mid-Summer Classic is open through Saturday July 29th at a new ending time of 1PM ET to avoid another long and late night!  The auction will go into Extended Bidding on Saturday at the National so collectors will be able to bid from their phones or our booth

Sterling Sports  (Booth #472):  Sterling will be set up at the National Sports Collectors convention in Rosemount, Ill from from July 27- 30, if you are are attending consignments are being accepted as well as highlighted cards from this Auction, if you have some cards you wish to see in person at the Show please contact me by Monday the 23rd. Or just stop by and say “Hello”, it is always nice to meet the people involved in the Auction.

Steve Novella (Booth #1036/1038):  We will be on hand buying and accepting consignments for our upcoming auctions.  We also will have a fine selection of PSA graded cards for sale.  We will be there on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only!

Wheatland Auction Services (Booth #433): We will be on hand accepting consignments and buying vintage sports and non-sports cards for our upcoming auctions as well as previewing auction items. We are accepting consignments for our 2017 Sports Memorabilia Auctions! Show hours are scheduled for Wednesday, 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. General admission and VIP tickets are available for purchase on-site throughout the show. Children twelve (12) and under get in free!

The 38th Annual National Sports Collectors Convention (NSCC) will be hosted by The City of Chicago at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center, Wednesday, July 26 – Sunday, July 30, 2017. Open to the public, the five (5) day family-oriented event is the largest sports and entertainment collectibles show in the world.

With over 400,000 square feet, the Donald E Stephens Convention Center will be transformed into a collector’s paradise. It’s a place where sports / entertainment collectors, fans and dealers meet to buy, trade and discuss collecting memorabilia such as trading cards, vintage game-used equipment and other sports and entertainment-related collectibles, as well as meet and get autographs from current and former superstar athletes.
