Old cards aren’t the only items which get graded and collected in the sports collecting world. The
unopened card packs are also very collectible. Condition is as important for unopened material as it is for the cards inside the packs. The unopened 1957 Topps baseball card pack pictured with this article has a 5 cent price on the front. This particular pack was graded an 8 on a scale of 1-10 by Gai, and sold in a Memory Lane auction which ended yesterday. 8 is a nice grade for a pack that old.
