The ball, carrying 15 signatures and accompanied by a full JSA Letter of Authenticity.
Matching it at $7,080 was a modern entertainment card: a 2025 Topps Chrome Deadpool dual-inscribed autograph booklet signed by Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman. The result illustrated the increasingly broad appeal of premium pop culture trading cards alongside more traditional sports memorabilia.
Vintage baseball followed closely. A 1910 E91-C American Caramel Honus Wagner graded CGC 2 sold for $5,900 after 29 bids, exceeding its $3,500-$5,000 estimate. A 2004 Topps Tom Brady Super Bowl XXXVIII MVP Ring of Honor autograph card, graded CGC 8 with a perfect 10 autograph grade, brought $5,605.
Two items tied at $5,015: a 1965 Topps #122 Joe Namath rookie card graded CGC 6 and a Michael Jordan signed authentic Chicago Bulls jersey authenticated by Upper Deck.

Just outside the Top 10, a lot of four 1955 Bowman #202 Mickey Mantle cards, including one CGC 3 and three CGC 2 examples, also brought $3,245. A 1965 Topps football lot featuring Willie Brown and Fred Biletnikoff rookie cards followed at $2,655.
One of the strongest performances against estimate came from the 1965 Topps Football Tallboy partial set, which sold for $4,720 against a $1,000-$2,000 estimate. The set included key names such as Fred Biletnikoff, Don Maynard, Len Dawson, George Blanda, Jack Kemp, Nick Buoniconti and Matt Snell.
The Michael Jordan Court Masters card was another notable overperformer, reaching $4,720 against a $2,000-$3,000 estimate. Kobe Bryant’s matching Court Masters issue also exceeded expectations at $3,245 against a $1,000-$2,000 estimate.
The auction reflected a broad mix of collecting interests, with Babe Ruth, Honus Wagner, Tom Brady, Joe Namath, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, Kobe Bryant, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman all appearing among the strongest results. At the top, the tie between the Ruth-era Yankees baseball and the Deadpool autograph card provided a striking contrast between classic sports history and modern entertainment collectibles.
