1954 Topps Complete Set Leads Auction at $10,238
The auction’s top result came from Lot #2, a 1954 Topps Baseball Complete Set (250), sold for a final price of $10,238. The classic 250 card issue is one of the cornerstone sets of the 1950s and features a loaded checklist of Hall of Famers and stars. The strong result made it the only lot in the auction to surpass the $10,000 mark.
1933 Goudey Lou Gehrig PSA 2 Realizes $6,326
One of baseball’s most recognizable pre-war stars claimed the auction’s second-highest result. A 1933 Goudey #92 Lou Gehrig, graded PSA 2, sold for $6,326, finishing as the highest selling individual card in the auction. Gehrig remains one of the central figures in the iconic 1933 Goudey set, which has long ranked among the most important baseball card releases of the pre-war era.
