Olympic fans will be able to get closer than ever to the Vancouver Games, going so far as to stand where Olympians stood and sweat where they sweated. Thousands of items will ultimately be auctioned off by 2010 organizers, ranging from the podiums where winners were presented their medals to the pucks dropped at centre ice. “Own a piece of Olympic history today by bidding on these unique items,” says the site, available through www.vancouver2010.com/auctions.
