Over the past several years, Albersheim’s has been compiling an archive of original photos that were used in magazines and newspapers over the course of the 20th century. Today when photographers shoot events, they primarily use digital cameras and email their photos in to the news services. Not so long ago, they’d use a regular camera and send hard copies (actual photos) into these periodicals. Many of these are one of a kind. Even when their were several copies made, many were destroyed. We are offering you, the collector, a fantastic opportunity to own a piece of history. In honor of this launch, we are offering a 20% discount on any photo order that is placed between Wednesday July 14th and Thursday July 22, 2010. Orders must be placed via email info@albersheims.com or phone 215-665-1953 or at our on-line store (All items have photos).
