The Strongsville Sports Collectors Convention (SSCC), the longest-running vintage sports card and memorabilia show in the world, announced that Auction Report will serve as an official media sponsor for the upcoming 2026 event taking place April 10–12, 2026 at the Independence Fieldhouse in Independence, Ohio.
Founded in 1978, the Strongsville Sports Collectors Convention has built a reputation as one of the premier annual events for collectors of rare and vintage sports cards and memorabilia. Each year, thousands of hobby enthusiasts from across the United States travel to the show to buy, sell, and trade with many of the hobby’s most respected vintage dealers, authenticators, and auction houses.
Through this sponsorship, Auction Report, one of the hobby’s leading resources for auction news, will promote the convention to collectors worldwide through its industry-leading auction news platform (https://www.auctionreport.com/) and e-mail newsletters.
A Premier Destination for Vintage Collectors
The Strongsville Sports Collectors Convention has long been recognized as a “must-attend” event for serious vintage collectors. The three-day show brings together:
- Top Auction Houses
- Top vintage sports card and memorabilia dealers
Attendees can also take advantage of on-site appraisals, grading submissions, and authentication services, allowing collectors to learn more about the value and authenticity of items in their collections.
The 2026 event will also feature autograph guests, dealer tables filled with vintage material, and opportunities for collectors to connect with others who share a passion for their hobby.
