Among the highlights are more than 100 lots of baseball autographs and more than 40 football lots with many top stars. Almost 100 autographed Perez-Steele Hall of Fame baseball postcards are among the offerings – with autographs of Mickey Mantle, Kirby Puckett, Sandy Koufax, and Joe DiMaggio. From other sports, signers include Joe Montana, Muhammad Ali, George Mikan, Mario Lemieux and Sidney Crosby, and Arnold Palmer. All but a few autographs are PSA/DNA Pre-Certified.
Cards are always a key part of our auctions, and CCA42 is not exception. For baseball collectors, we have 24 near and partial sets spanning 1957-78 and 14 lots of early 1900s baseball comic postcards. A good selection of football cards is also available.
For non-sport collectors, we offer Sky Birds original artwork, the “Iron Man” #1 comic, Jack Davis original art, and cards, autographs, entertainment collectibles, Washington, D.C., memorabilia, and early “Playboy” and pin-up magazines.
