Mastro Auctions Live Event Phone Bidding. If you prefer to bid by telephone during the live auction, a Mastro employee can call you from the floor of the event. Two Ways to Make your Reservation to Bid on the Phone: 1. Respond to this email and let us know which lots you want to bid on live (Legends@MastroAuctions.com). Include the lot numbers and two phone numbers at which you can be reached. 2. Call our bid department at (630) 472-9551 from 12 noon until 9 p.m. CT on Sunday, December 7th to speak to a customer service representative who will take your reservation.
You can also call any time and leave a voice message on our main office line, (630) 472-1200, and a customer service representative will respond to your request for a phone reservation or other questions.
The only requirement is that by arranging to bid via telephone during the Live Event, you are agreeing to bid up to the published Low Estimated Value.
