Clean Sweep Auctions Current Auction Ends April 11-12, 2018Clean Sweep Auctions current auction is a unique to the industry affordable all-sports autograph, card and memorabilia auction. Nearly everything in the auction has a retail value of $500 or less and very low minimum bids, with no reserves. This particular auction is filled with fresh and interesting material from several fine collections. There are many items in this auction that we have not offered until now.  Bid, view and register for the auction at Lots 1 -729 end on April 1, 21020 and Lots 730 to 1884 end April 2, 2020.

Day one is all about baseball autographs. We have some interesting signed cards, including a 1923 Roger Peckinpaugh signed Exhibit card, 1941 Play Ball Dolph Camilli and a 1954 Red Heart Billy Martin. We have a quality run of signed Perez Steele postcards, including George H.W. Bush, Joe DiMaggio and Kirby Puckett. Collectors of Yellow HOF Plaques will also see a nice run. There are some solid signed Black and White HOF Plaques, with Crawford, Sisler and Wheat.

We have our usual extensive selection of signed 8×10 photos, with several Mantles, DiMaggios, Williams and many fine multi-signed photos. There is a terrific Pie Traynor, Connie Mack, Bill McKechnie and more.We have some nice larger prints, including a 500 Home Run Club piece and a Mickey Mantle Day signed piece.

Autographed baseballs close out the first day. There is a very deep offering of single signed balls, with an extensive selection of higher grade singles from deceased players, classic HOFers and retired stars. There are many baseballs here that are likely missing from your collection that you may want to consider. We also have many quality group lots of both single, multi-signed and team balls from various collections.

Team and multi-signed ball collectors will also have a lot to choose from. The team balls go back to 1939, and include various Yankee balls, some All Star balls and many quality teams.

Day two begins with baseball cards. Almost an auction unto itself, we have an extensive selection of clean single cards, especially oddball cards, from the 1950s-1970s. Highlights include a run of 1952 Num Num Indians with tabs, 1954 Dan Dee, 1956 Topps Pins, 1958 Topps variations and 1959 Darigold Farms Spokane Indians. There are clean Topps star cards and partial sets from the 1960s through the 1980s as well. We have our largest offering ever of modern sets from the 1990s to the present, including many insert sets. These are all from a single owner and are in both the baseball and football sections.

Basketball collectors will see some high grade 1970s cards and some interesting autographs and memorabilia. Football is a major part of this auction. We have a solid offering of clean cards, both singles and sets, dating back to the 1940s. We have the most modern cards we have ever offered, with several Tom Brady Rookie Cards and an Aaron Rodgers Rookie Card.

Football autographs include some quality vintage signed cards, several interesting signed footballs, jerseys, programs and related material. Hockey collectors will see clean 1970s and 1980s sets and lots.

Baseball memorabilia concludes the auction. We have some nice pubs, including a 1935 World Series Program, 1941 All Star Game program and a 1962 Mets yearbook. There are some very unusual circa 1911 tickets from several teams, quality vintage pins, several nice Babe Ruth photos and more.
