John Taylor Super Bowl XXIX San Francisco 49ers Game Worn Jersey (Player Provenance)
A true relic and the first of its kind – the jersey that Taylor wore on January 29, 1995 when the San Francisco 49ers beat the San Diego Chargers in Super Bowl XXIX at Joe Robbie Stadium in Miami, FL. Taylor autographed and inscribed the verso numeral 8 “My Game Used Jersey S.B. XXIX, John Taylor #82, 01/95”. An unbelievable Super Bowl piece with incredible provenance that can be considered one of the nicer Super Bowl pieces offered to the secondary market
John Taylor Super Bowl XXIII San Francisco 49ers Game Worn Helmet (Player Provenance)
It doesn’t get much better than this! For your consideration is John Taylor’s San Francisco 49ers rookie helmet, an absolute classic that smacks of game-worn authenticity in every way! This well used helmet protected John throughout multiple NFL seasons including the 49ers 1988 championship year which culminated in John’s stunning game winning Super Bowl XXIII catch with 34 seconds remaining on the clock! That game winning catch, which completed a 92 yard drive by the 49ers in the final three minutes, is remembered as one of the more notable moments in Super Bowl history. John has signed this very special piece of NFL history.
Roberto Clemente 1965-68 H&B Professional Model Used, Autographed Bat (JSA)
This 36 inch, approximately 35.5 ounce Louisville Slugger model U1 bat was manufactured by Hillerich & Bradsby during the period 1965-1968. It is a signature model bat, indicating that Clemente had an endorsement contract with the company at the time. Roberto Clemente has signed this bat in blue ball point pen on the barrel. The signature has worn, and a bit difficult to see. The signature has been authenticated by James Spence Authentication (Letter of Authenticity included) and bears the certification number B42031.
Daisuke (Dice-K) Matsuzaka 2008 Boston Red Sox Red Alternate Game Worn Jersey (Steiner LOA)
This 2007 red alternate jersey is the most desirable style the Red Sox wear. Sewn on the left front tail is the Majestic Athletic size 48 tag. Sewn below is the 18 48 07 swatch tag indicating the number, size and year. Inside is the pro “0062” code. Finally, a Dice-K jersey to hit the market and a red alternate at that. A true relic from the Red Sox ace. This jersey is accompanied by a LOA from Red Sox/Steiner collectibles.
Bob Brown 1971 Oakland Raiders Game Worn Durene Jersey (Hall of Famer)
This particular black durene jersey was worn during his 1971 pro-bowl season. All the numbers and letters show tremendous use with puckering and fraying throughout. This road gray Baltimore Orioles jersey was worn by Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr. during the 1988 season. This jersey has been hand-signed by Ripken below the #8 on the front (authenticated by Steiner Sports). Jersey exhibits extensive evidence of use, including fraying to the logo, letters and numbers, and puckering to the logo, letters and numbers. Included is a letter from MEARS, who graded this jersey an A8, adding three points for outstanding use.
Rollie Fingers 1982 Road Milwaukee Brewers Game Worn Jersey (Rollie Fingers LOA)
This jersey originates from the personal collection of Hall of Famer Rollie Fingers. Powder blue road Milwaukee Brewers jersey worn by Fingers during the team’s last pennant-winning season of 1982. Overall, this jersey exhibits tremendous evidence of use. Use includes some sun fading in the shoulder area, extensive wash wear, a team repair just below the back of the collar, three tiny holes near the #3 on the back, and some minor staining throughout. There are still grass stains on the back #88. The unwashed durene SB II jersey is the first and only of its kind to ever find its way to the secondary market. It is sourced directly from Kocourek himself and is accompanied with a letter from Kocourek.
