Bill Huggins, co-founder of Huggins & Scott Auctions has passed away. Along with John Scott, he co-founded Huggins & Scott Auctions in 2002. “Anyone who has ever known Bill will agree with me that he was a loyal friend, devoted family man, savvy entrepreneur and widely respected expert in all fields of cards and memorabilia,” Scott wrote. Huggins is survived by his wife Nancy, two children and two grandchildren.
