Save your money, boys! What figured to be great auction just became an absolutely phenomenal auction. Grey Flannel Auctions has just added a few incredible pieces of Yankee history to our April 29th auction to commemorate the closing of Yankee Stadium. First and foremost is a 1952 Mickey Mantle NY Yankees Game-Used and Autographed Home Pinstripe Flannel Jersey, the earliest known of its kind. Next is a Babe Ruth NY Yankees Game-Used 11-Notch Home Run Bat, a 1996 Derek Jeter Rookie NY Yankees Game-Used & Autographed Home Jersey and a 2001 Derek Jeter All-Star Game-Used & Autographed Home Run Bat with a hand-signed Jeter LOA, the only All-Star Home Run in Jeter’s career. The auction will also feature the powerhouse basketball section that you have come to expect from us as well as 800+ lots of quality sports memorabilia.
We are putting the finishing touches on our catalog as we speak and they should begin to arrive to you in early April. If you have not bid in one of our last three auctions and would like to receive a catalog, please call us at (631) 288-7800 x223 or email GFCSPORTS@aol.com.
