Today on the Auction Report Radio Show we had Bernice Gallego, owner of the oldest baseball card and JP Cohen of Memory Lane Inc. Bernice Gallego of Fresno, CA, had made a once-in-a-lifetime find: an 1869 card featuring the ‘Red Stocking B.B. Club of Cincinnati,’ the first professional baseball team. The card, one of the very first baseball cards ever produced, has been authenticated by PSA. Memory Lane is conducting the sale of the 1869 Red Stocking B.B.
