1986 Fleer Basketball Michael Jordan ROOKIE #57 MBA PSA 10 GEM MINT (PWCC-E)
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7306
On the block is one of the finest copies of Michael Jordan’s iconic rookie card in existence. PSA 10s are rare for this notoriously condition-sensitive issue — less than 2 percent of all PSA-graded copies hit the Gem Mint mark — but this card also received a PWCC-E designation. That means of all PSA 10 copies, this 1986 Fleer Michael Jordan rookie is among the top 15 percent in terms of eye appeal according to PWCC experts. Reinforcing that designation is the addition of an MBA Silver certification, which identifies it as a “virtually perfect” card.
2003 Upper Deck Glass Kobe Bryant Michael Jordan PATCH AUTO /10 #KB/MJ PSA 10
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7569
A card featuring two of the greatest basketball players the world has ever seen is obviously special, but this Upper Deck Glass 1-2 Combo Jersey card is numbered to just 10 copies. Public data sets show only two copies have ever sold at auction. Solidifying its scarcity is the fact that this is the only PSA Gem Mint 10 copy in existence.
In addition to autographs from both Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, this issue also includes game-used jersey patches from both legends.
Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig Multi Signed Official OAL Baseball – JSA LOA
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7383
While playing together from 1925-1934, Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig led the Yankees to three World Series titles and held a combined average of 77 home runs per season – more than most teams posted during that era. In their final appearance together on September 30, 1934, Gehrig sent Ruth out of New York with a bang, smacking a home run and hitting a double that helped Ruth score his final run as a Yankee.
This signed baseball, which comes with a letter from James Spence Authentication, features Ruth’s signature on the sweet spot and Gehrig’s to the right.
1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle ROOKIE #253 SGC 7.5 NRMT+ (PWCC-A)
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7626
This 1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle rookie is one of the best-preserved examples of the icon’s trading card debut. SGC graded this highly condition-sensitive copy a Near Mint 7.5. Out of the 784 copies graded by SGC, only 17 are graded higher than this pop 11 issue. This well-preserved copy also earned a PWCC-A (Above Average – top 30%) Eye Appeal designation.
1953 Topps Willie Mays SHORT PRINT #244 SGC 8 NM-MT (PWCC-E)
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7590
Although he missed the season to serve in the Army, Willie Mays was still featured in the 1953 Topps flagship set as a short-print card. Today, this issue ranks as one of Mays’ top three cards, behind only his 1951 Bowman and 1952 Topps issues.
SGC graded this copy a Near Mint 8. Only four copies have earned a higher grade than this pop 8 offering. This copy also earned a PWCC-E (Exceptional – Top 15%) Eye Appeal designation for its well-preserved corners, surface, and coloring.
2020 Topps Chrome Formula 1 Sapphire Ed Padparadscha Max Verstappen 1/1 #6 PSA 9
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7262
This 1/1 masterpiece Max Verstappen offering hails from the 2020 Topps Chrome Sapphire Edition Formula 1 set, which was available as an online exclusive. Of all of the gem-like Sapphire Edition parallels included in the set, 1/1 Padparadscha cards were the hardest to find, with a probability of 1:605 packs. Graded to a PSA Mint 9, this is among the two-time champion’s greatest cards ever produced.
2009 Bowman Chrome Xfractor Mike Trout RC AUTO /225 #BDPP89 BGS 10 BLACK LABEL
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7424
Of the 225 copies printed of the 2009 Bowman Chrome Mike Trout Xfractor, this is the only copy to ever receive the prestigious BGS Black Label. That elusive label means the card is graded to a BGS Pristine 10 with all four subgrades also scoring a 10.
2017 National Treasures Green Patrick Mahomes II ROOKIE PATCH AUTO /15 BGS 9.5
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7605
Patrick Mahomes just completed one of the finest seasons a QB can ask for: Super Bowl victory, Super Bowl MVP, and regular season MVP. Beyond adding those incredible accolades to the resume, this Patrick Mahomes National Treasures Green RPA is notable for two more reasons: the card’s scarcity and its unique issue number. This Green parallel is significantly harder to find than Mahomes’ base issue RPA thanks to a very limited print run of just 15 copies. And this specific copy is numbered 11/15, matching the QB’s jersey number. Also impressive is that BGS graded this copy a Gem Mint 9.5, making it the only copy to receive the grade with none graded higher.
2003 Exquisite Collection Limited Logos LeBron James RC PATCH AUTO /75 BGS 9.5
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7372
With a print run of just 75 this parallel issue is one of King James’s rarest rookie offerings. The card – one of just 16 copies graded to a BGS Gem Mint 9.5 – features LeBron’s autograph in blue ink and a tri-color game-used Cavaliers jersey patch.
2009 National Treasures Gold Stephen Curry ROOKIE PATCH AUTO /25 #206 BGS 9 MINT
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/6946
This Steph Curry National Treasures RPA runs to just 25 copies and is considered to be among his finest trading cards ever released. This BGS Mint 9 example features Curry’s autograph in blue ink and a stunning multi-color patch from his “We Believe” Warriors jersey.
2013 National Treasures Gold Giannis Antetokounmpo ROOKIE PATCH AUTO /25 BGS 8.5
https://www.pwccmarketplace.com/premier-auction/7608
Giannis Antetokounmpo’s National Treasures Gold RPA is one of just 25 copies. This card, graded a BGS Near Mint 8.5, features Antetokounmpo’s autograph in blue ink and a beautifully stitched two-color Bucks jersey.
