A lucky fan will see his net worth swell when a one-of-a-kind LeBron James Logoman card is auctioned off in Lelands Winter Classic Auction this February. The collector paid $70 to enter in a Jaspy’s card pull event and ended up winning the jackpot: A 2019-20 Immaculate Collection LeBron James 1/1 Game-Worn Logoman card estimated to be worth over $100,000. The card was immediately sent to Beckett Grading Services and came back as a Gem Mint 9.5.
Prices for LeBron and other modern superstar cards have escalated significantly over the last year and according to Lelands expert Jordan Gilroy, it’s possible the winning bid could fetch even more than expected. Gilroy explains that “important high-grade cards like this rapidly increase in value, so a winning bid that exceeds our expectations would not surprise me.”
There are only two weeks left to submit high-end sports cards & memorabilia for this auction. The deadline for the 2021 Winter Classic Auction is December 18. Collectors who wish to consign or sell and be a part of this historic auction can contact Mr. Gilroy at email@example.com.
