Heritage Auctions also would like to take this chance to highlight one of the exciting pieces that will be featured in our Platinum Night Auction – a 1971 Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl Championship Ring. The only authentic ring from the Lonestar squad’s historic Super Bowl VI season that has ever been offered publically, to the best of our knowledge, it was awarded to the Cowboys’ Public Relations Director Curt Mosher, who personally consigned the ring to our auction along with a signed letter of provenance. Identical in design to those awarded to Roger Staubach, Rayfield Wright and the members of the fabled “Doomsday Defense,” the gorgeous creation features a diamond-studded face and the logo blue star at center, encircled by raised text announcing “Dallas Cowboys, World Champions.”
