BCW To Provide Business Card Center
BCW Diversified will be providing the conference with something that has been asked for by conference attendees for years….a business card center! The BCW Business Card Center will consist of three free-standing displays, each having 88 fixtures to accommodate approximately 50 business cards. The BCW Business Card Center will provide a central location for attendees to exchange contact information with other industry professionals. All attendees are encouraged to bring 250-300 business cards to place in the center. The center will be located outside the general session area of the conference.
In addition to providing the Business Card Center, BCW will also provide business card wallets to allow attendees to organize the business cards they accumulate.
SuperShuttle Service available to combat high taxi cost
Due to the increase in fuel, taxi service has gone up significantly since last year. Expect to pay $50-$60 in taxi fees to arrive at the host hotel. Because of this, the Hawaii Trade Conference has contacted SuperShuttle to offer a discounted rate of $17 per person each way. To register for the SuperShuttle service from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, go to our web site www.HawaiiTradeConference.com in the “lodging” tab. If you choose to rent a car, parking is free at the host hotel.
